Rules of Passenger baggage
- With each ticket, each passenger can carry up to 2 pieces of luggage x 20 kg each for free.
- For more luggage than the above-mentioned amount, the passenger will have to pay 2 euros per kilo.
- It is strictly forbidden to transport in luggage:
- Any appliance or furniture with large weight and size (refrigerator, oven, bed, wardrobe, etc.)
- Meat, fish and generally any kind of food product that is kept outside the refrigerator
- Tools that have a risk of explosion or fire (Fuel or gasoline cans, gas cylinders, etc.)
- Weapons, ammunition, explosive materials (for example double-barreled guns, fireworks, etc.)
- Equipment or building materials with large weight and size (for example solar panels, radiators, plates, etc.)
- Luggage or packages transported for commercial reasons
- Our company does not assume any responsibility for any kind of luggage that is seized or not allowed to pass by customs authorities.
- The passenger has full responsibility for the contents of the luggage. The passenger may declare in writing before departure, at the departure agency, the content, type and value of the luggage being transported. In case of loss of luggage only declared luggage is compensated. Otherwise, the passenger is compensated only with an amount of 50 euros.
- By purchasing your ticket, the passenger has accepted without reservation all travel regulations, ticket return regulations and cancellation regulations.
