Ticket rules and compensation

  • Each ticket can only be used by the person whose name is written on the ticket.
  • The passenger is obliged to have the ticket with him during the entire trip and to present it to the driver or company agents whenever requested.
  • Return tickets have a duration of 3 months from the date of issue. The passenger is obliged to present the initial ticket at the departure points, in order to convert and be issued with a new ticket.
  • In the event that one trip has been made on a round-trip ticket, and the return is cancelled, then the part of the return payment is not refunded.
  • In the event that the passenger does not show up on the day and time of departure and has not informed in advance the relevant agency, from which the ticket was issued, about the cancellation or postponement of the travel date, then the right to travel is lost.
  • If the passenger loses his ticket, the company is not obliged to wait for a new ticket.
  • The ticket which is modified or damaged, and the modification or damage was not done by the agencies that operate with us, then it is not considered valid and it is necessary to issue a new ticket.
  • Cancellation of the ticket is done only by the agency from which the ticket was issued. Cancellation can be made within 24 hours from the moment of ticket issuance. Only in this case the company collects 20% of the ticket value and reimburses the passenger the remaining value. The refund is made exclusively by the agency where the ticket was issued.
  • In the event that the passenger does not cross the border due to documentation or for any reason not related to the company, the passenger loses the right to travel again with the same ticket.
  • To cancel online tickets, send an email to [email protected]. In case of online ticket cancellation, the company collects VAT plus bank charges. The online ticket can be canceled up to 24 hours before the journey. If the passenger informs the agency within 24 hours before the trip, the ticket is returned to the voucher, and can be used up to 1 year from the date of issue. In case of not informing, the passenger loses the right to travel.
  • For children aged 0-4, the ticket is free, in case they do not have a seat. For children aged 4-12, the ticket price is 25 euros one-way and 45 euros round-trip. For children over 12 years of age, a full ticket is paid.
  • All customs duties and taxes are paid by the passenger himself
